April 23, 2103 - D Day

Casu Mazu means rotten cheese and it is most commonly referred to as maggot cheese. It is found mainly in Sardinia, Italy. Only cheese with live maggots can be eaten. If the maggots have died, the cheese is toxic. The cheese is banned for obvious health reasons.

I prefer my cheese without maggots....

Don't forget, tomorrow is day 1 of the state math testing. Make sure you go to bed early and have breakfast in the morning.
