Just how cold is it? Today we started off with -11 with a high expected in the 20's. According to the news this morning, we broke a record set back in the 1870s! Below is a picture of the Niagara Falls taken at night with the lights shining on it - notice it is ICE! That is right ice! Even the Great Lakes are over 90% frozen!
