October 18, 2013 - F day
A French company has started manufacturing bricks made from
sewage. The bricks are created by mixing the sewage sludge with clay and then drying them. They are then fired in a kiln to make them acceptable building material.
The Ecobrique is being manufactured by a French company named VBC300.
Talk about recycling! We have learned about windows made from sewage in India and paper made out of elephant poop!
