August 2 - Possibly the world's dirtiest job?
Sewage workers come in contact with the worst of what comes out of the human body. Sewage and waste water contain bacteria, fungus, parasites, and viruses that cause infections and diseases. Workers may be killed by drowning, falls and exposure to gas. Wearing protective gear is the best way to stay healthy...Oh my, I will stick to my library!
