April 17 - H day

Most often attributed to the Chinese, eating monkey brains is both disgusting and dangerous. You run a very high risk of contracting a fatal transmissible spongiform encephalopathies such as Variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. The brain is eaten cooked or raw.
