October 31, 2013 - G day

Happy Halloween!

Gelatin is a common gelling substance used in food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. It's made from collagen that resides inside the pig skin and cattle bones. Gelatin is translucent, colorless, and flavorless and found in food including gelatin desserts, marshmallows, candy corn and gummy candy.
