JULY 11 - Random Fact
Considered a delicacy in Japan, this fish is deadly! Chefs must train for years to properly prepare Pufferfish. They contain a toxin called tetrodotoxin. One fish has enough to kill 30 people. Not all have the toxin, but you can't tell which ones have it by looking at them. Eat at your own risk! (Learning Calendar, July 1)
